1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 large (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 pkg. (12 oz.) macaroni large
sea shells, cooked
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tsp. oregano
2 to 4 Tbsp. butter

Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Add tomato
sauce, paste and tomatoes (cut up) to beef mixture. Blend
together and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Add cooked macaroni,
seasonings and butter. Stir and simmer 5 minutes more.
Serve with a green salad and hot rolls.
