SPAGHETTI MEAT BALLS 1 1/2 lb. ground lean beef 1 large Tbsp. brown sugar 1 medium-sized onion (white) spaghetti, cooked in boiling water 1 qt. home canned tomatoes or 1 large can tomatoes (including juice) 1 tsp. cinnamon Take the meat, salt and pepper it to your taste; make into little balls about the size of a dollar. Mix the cinnamon into this meat before forming balls; set aside. While you are doing this, have 1 big white onion diced and frying slowly in a frying pan, be careful not to burn. Take the formed meat balls and cook slowly all over until nice brown and completely done. Now, pour over all this the tomato sauce and sweeten this with a large tablespoon of brown sugar. Let simmer for several minutes or until you are ready to pour over the spa- ghetti. You may serve separately if so desired. Have the spaghetti well cooked.
