GREEN CHILI CASSEROLE
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can evaporated
1 small can chopped green
1 pkg. Frito chips or corn
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. cheese (Cheddar and Jack
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
Brown beef; drain. Add onion and seasonings; set aside.
Heat soup and milk. In casserole, layer chips first, then meat
mixture, milk and soup mixture, green chilies and cheese on
