1 lb. fillet ends of chuck
Lawry's taco sauce mix
12 corn tortillas
Lawry's enchilada sauce mix
shredded Cheddar cheese
Cook meat in prepared taco sauce until it falls apart.
Shred in small pieces. Cook enchilada sauce according to
package. Dip tortillas in sauce and add 2 tablespoons meat.
Top with a lot of cheese. Roll up and add a little sauce on
top and cover with more cheese. Place on individual dishes or
in a casserole. Heat in microwave until cheese melts or heat
