CHICKEN WITH SOUR CREAM|
1 or 2 cut-up fryers
1 container sour cream
1 box cheese crackers, finely
1/2 to 1 cube margarine
Wash and dry the chicken pieces. Coat each piece
generously with the sour cream, then roll in the cheese cracker
crumbs. Melt the margarine in a cookie sheet or a shallow pan.
Place each piece of chicken skin side down in the melted
margarine, then turn the pieces on the other side. Bake in a
350 degrees oven for 1 hour.
