TERIYAKI CHICKEN

2 lb. chicken wings
1 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic (whole)
small piece ginger
2 Tbsp. honey
a little bit red wine or
brandy

Mix all the ingredients (except the chicken wings)
together and boil slightly. Cool. Pour over chicken wings
into a large plastic bowl with a lid. Marinate at least 3
hours; toss the chicken in the marinade from time to time.
Line up a cookie sheet with tin foil. Drain the chicken and
place the wings on the cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for
55 minutes.
