1 c. rice, cooked
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 pt. sour cream
2 Tbsp. milk
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1 small can green chilies
salt to taste
paprika on top

Mix rice, sour cream, milk and butter. Remove seeds and
veins from chilies. Layer the rice mixture, cheese and chilies
alternately in casserole. Bake approximately 30 minutes in
350 degrees oven. Serves 4 to 6.
