BROCCOLI-RICE CASSEROLE 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped 1/2 c. minced onions, dried 1 Tbsp. butter (for greasing pan) 1 can mushroom soup 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz 1 tsp. dry mustard 3 c. cooked rice (1 c. raw) 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 3 oz. can fried onion rings (enough to cover top) Cook broccoli and drain. Add minced onions. Stir in soup; add about 1/2 can water. Stir in cheese, mustard, then rice. Add eggs last, salt to taste. Grease shallow 9 x 13-inch dish. Put onion rings on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
