SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS|
1 jar Ragu sauce
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. rice, cooked (amount
of rice before cooking)
Parmesan cheese (add later)
Boil sausage for 20 to 30 minutes; prick skins before
boiling. Chop and mix together with other ingredients. Simmer
for 30 to 40 minutes. Then pour over rice. Top with Parmesan
