1 lb. veal, cubed
1 can chicken soup
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. water
1 can uncooked, chopped celery
1/2 chopped onion, browned
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 pkg. frozen peas
1/2 c. chopped almonds

In skillet, brown veal and onion. Add soup, soy sauce,
rice and water; bake, uncovered, 40 minutes in 425 degrees oven.
Then add peas and celery; bake 20 minutes more and cover with
almonds before serving.
