Make enough for each person.
Brown pork chops in small amount of oil. Dissolve broth
in hot water; pour over chops. Add vegetables. Cover and cook
over medium-low heat until vegetables are tender. Combine
flour and water to make smooth paste. Remove meat and vegeta-
bles to platter; cover to keep warm. Add flour and water paste
to drippings in pan to make gravy. Serve at once.
