2 c. flour
3/4 c. lukewarm water
1/2 pkg. dry yeast
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese,
Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
pepperoni or other toppings of
your choice

Dissolve yeast in water. Add oil. Add salt to flour.
Gradually add liquid to flour. Cover and let stand until
doubled in bulk. Grease cookie sheet. Roll dough in pan. Add
garlic to tomato sauce. Spread over dough. Sprinkle with
cheese, then pepperoni or your favorite topping. Sprinkle
oregano and Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 400 degrees for approx-
imately 20 minutes.
