EASY BEEF TATER BAKE (Microwave)
1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 lb. Tater Tots
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Crumble beef in 2-quart casserole dish. Cook 5 minutes;
stir after 3 minutes. Drain; fat. Sprinkle onion, salt,
pepper and Tater Tots over beef. Mix soups together; pour
over beef. Cook 14 to 16 minutes on High power. Turn after 7
