1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed
cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can vegetable
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can cut green
beans, drained
1 c. cooked, sliced carrots
instant potatoes to make 3
cups mashed potatoes (to
make 8 servings)
3 c. mashed potatoes
1 1/2 c. shredded mild process

Prepare potatoes according to package; brown beef with
onions; drain off extra fat. Add soups, pepper, salt, beans
and carrots. Pour into 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Spoon pota-
toes on top, then sprinkle cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes
at 350 degrees.
