3 eggs, beaten
6 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
Combine eggs, milk and salt. Add enough flour to make a
stiff dough. Roll really thin. Slice 1/4-inch thick. Spread
to dry 1 hour or so before using. Drop in boiling soup for 10
