1 1/2 lb. seasoned bulk or
tube pork sausage, fried
brown and well drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. large noodles, cooked
and rinsed
1 qt. sauerkraut, rinsed and

In medium greased roaster put a layer of kraut, then
sausage and then noodles until all used up, leaving some pork
sausage for top. Seal with soup which has been diluted with
one can water. Cut through with knife so soup seeps in.
Pepper top lightly. Put 3 patties of oleo on top and bake,
uncovered, 1 hour in 375 degrees oven.
