HAMBURGER PIE 1 medium onion, chopped 3/4 tsp. salt 1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans, chopped 1 lb. ground beef dash of pepper 1 can condensed tomato soup Cook onion in small amount of hot fat until tender, but not brown. Add meat and seasonings. Brown lightly. Add drained beans and soup. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casse- role. Top with mounds of Potato Fluff Topper. Sprinkle with cheese if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6. Simple and simply delicious. Potato Fluff Topper: 5 medium cooked potatoes 1 beaten egg 1/2 c. warm milk Mash potatoes while hot. Add milk and egg. Season to taste.
