2 lb. hamburg
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 cans Mexicorn
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
1 pkg. corn bread mix

Saute and crumble hamburg. Add taco seasoning per
directions on package. Layer hamburg, tomatoes and corn in
casserole dish. Mix corn bread and pour on top. Bake at 350 degrees
for 30 minutes. To make a hot tasting dish, use Mexican
corn bread mix.
