1 lb. hamburg
1/2 c. onions, diced
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can spaghetti
sauce or 1 can pizza sauce
1 small can mushrooms
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Brown hamburg and onion. Drain. Add spaghetti or pizza
sauce and mushrooms. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Add
pepperoni. Cover with Mozzarella cheese. Make batter, beating
Batter: Pour evenly over meat and cheese. Sprinkle
with the Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. You
may add a dash of oregano or Italian seasoning to the sauce
