BEEF STROGANOFF

2 1/2 lb. steak
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. water (or less)
1 pt. sour cream
salt and pepper
1/3 c. Mateus Vin Rose wine
noodles

Brown meat in pan. Put 1 can cream of mushroom soup,
1/4 cup of water and stir. Add 1 pint sour cream. Salt and
pepper to taste. Simmer. Add wine. Simmer. Serve over
noodles.
