4 c. cooked potatoes, cubed or
1 c. chopped onion, sauteed in
12 hard-boiled eggs
3 c. medium to thin white
1 can corned beef, chilled
2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Make white sauce and saute onion. Combine. Place
potatoes in bottom of casserole. Cover with 1/2 white sauce.
Peel and chop eggs and layer on white sauce. Cover with rest
of white sauce. Slice or cube corned beef and place on white
sauce. Cover with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes
until heated through and crumbs are browned.
