2 lb. frozen hash browns,
1 stick melted oleo
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar
1 c. diced onion
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch
baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips or corn
flakes. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Serves 8 to 10.
