1 1/2 c. soft rye bread crumbs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large can sauerkraut, washed
well and squeezed
1 lb. ground beef
2 (9-inch) deep dish pastry
dash of pepper
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
4 (3 oz.) pkg. sliced corned
beef, cut fine
1 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese,

Let crumbs soak in milk. Add onions, eggs, mustard,
salt and pepper. Mix well. Add corned beef and mix well.
Layer in pastry shell 1/2 of filling. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese.
Cover with rest of meat mixture and top with cheese. Bake on
cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
