COLD TACO PIZZA
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1 large jar salsa
1/2 c. bell pepper
1/2 c. celery
1 medium tomato
1 medium onion
1 c. sliced mushrooms
7 to 8 sliced black olives
12 oz. bag shredded Cheddar
Mix until smooth the sour cream and cream cheese. Put
in bottom of 8 x 8-inch dish. Pour in 1 large jar of salsa.
Chop and add bell pepper, celery, onion, tomato, mushrooms and
