QUICHE

1 unbaked pie crust
6 to 8 slices crisp bacon,
crumbled or shaved ham cut
small
1 c. shredded cheese
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch,
stirred into 1 1/2 c. milk

Put meat and cheese evenly in bottom of pie crust. With
a beater, blend remaining ingredients. Pour into pie pan.
Bake 15 minutes in 400 degrees oven. Reduce oven to 300 degrees and bake 30
minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let
pie stand 10 minutes before serving.
