MAC' CHEESE

2 lb. box macaroni, cook and
drain
3 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded ham
dash of garlic powder

Sauce:
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 c. milk

Cook macaroni. Make sauce by mixing flour and softened
butter well; add milk over low heat until creamy. Add a dash
of garlic powder. Mix macaroni, cheese and ham in a 13 x
9-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for
35 minutes (add more milk if too thick) or crock-pot on low for
2 hours.
