NOODLES ALA RUSSE

1 lb. lean ground beef
2 green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine,
melted
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
6 oz. wide egg noodles, cooked

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat, green onions and garlic
in a skillet; drain fat and season with salt and pepper. Mix
together melted butter, sour cream, cheese and pimento. Add
meat and sour cream mixture to noodles. Pour into a 2 quart
casserole and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until lightly browned.
