3 lb. hamburger
1 c. evaporated milk
2 slices bread, broken into
salt and pepper
1 can mushroom soup

Mix together the hamburger, milk and bread. Pat onto
cookie sheet and chill. When thoroughly chilled, cut into
"steak" size pieces, dip in flour and fry in skillet until
brown. Salt and pepper as desired. Put into casserole or
roasting pan and cover with the mushroom soup. Bake at 300 degrees
for 1 hour.
