pastry for 2 crust pie
3/4 c. chopped, cooked shrimp
1/4 c. sliced green onions
4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Hellmann's real
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
On floured surface roll half of pastry into 12-inch
circle. Cut 6 (4 inch) circles. Repeat with remaining pastry.
Fit into 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin pan cups. Fill each with some
shrimp, onion and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients. Pour
over cheese. Bake in 400 degrees oven 15 to 20 minutes or until
browned. Makes 12.
