QUICHE LORRAINE

1 unbaked pie crust
6 to 8 slices crisp bacon
1 c. shredded cheese
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch,
stirred into 1 1/2 c. milk

Put meat and cheese evenly in bottom of pie crust. With
beater, blend remaining ingredients and pour into pie pan.
Bake 15 minutes in 400 degrees oven. Reduce oven to 300 degrees and bake 30
minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let
pie stand 10 minutes. Cut in wedges.
