1 lb. pkg. noodles
1 tsp. salt
1 medium onion
1/2 c. green pepper
4 or 5 inside celery stalks
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
3 Tbsp. sour cream
3 pats butter
1 tsp. pepper
Cook chicken until tender at a low boiling stage.
Remove and let cool then remove meat from bones and cut in
chunks. Cook noodles with 1 teaspoon salt and pepper and pat
of butter. Drain and refrigerate. Chop fine medium onion,
green pepper and celery stalks. Mix the ingredients together
with 2 pats of melted butter in a large bowl. Add cream of
chicken and cream of mushroom soups. Add sour cream. Mix well
and pour in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. This is a recipe from our database at Cookbooks On/Line!
