1 box manicotti shells
1 lb. ground beef
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. sour cream or mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 jar spaghetti sauce
Cook manicotti according to package and drain. Combine
garlic salt and ground beef. Cook and drain. Add cooled
ground beef and garlic salt to cottage cheese, Mozzarella
cheese, sour cream and salt. Use about 1/4 cup of this mixture
to stuff a manicotti shell. Arrange stuffed shells in baking
dish and cover with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle oregano and
parsley flakes on top and cover dish with foil. Bake covered
at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
