FIVE HOUR BEEF STEW|
2 1/2 lb. beef
6 carrots, cut 1/2-inch thick
3 onions, cut up
4 or 5 potatoes, cut up
6 stalks celery, 1/2 thick
1 pt. tomatoes or juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
Stir all together. Put in oven at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
Never take lid off during this time.
