FRENCH OVEN STEW
2 lb. stew beef, cut into bite
1 lb. carrots
1/2 stalk celery
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. basil
1 large can V-8 cocktail juice
1/3 c. tapioca
Cut carrots, celery and potatoes into bite-size pieces
the same as meat. Combine everything. Put into oven at 300 degrees
