GREEK CHICKEN AND SPAGHETTI

1 hen
3 medium onions
1/4 lb. oleo
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 can tomato paste or 4 fresh
tomatoes
1 to 2 lb. spaghetti
salt and pepper

Boil cut up hen until almost tender. Remove chicken and
pour broth in another pan. Keep broth warm. Chop 3 medium
onions in small sauce pieces and cook with 1/4 pound oleo and 3
tablespoons olive oil until golden brown in chicken pan. Add
tomato paste or 4 fresh tomatoes cut in pieces. Add this
mixture to chicken. Cook 15 minutes. Add hot broth and boil.
Add spaghetti. Boil slow 45 to 50 minutes. Add water if
needed. Salt and pepper to taste.
