BREAKFAST PIZZA 1 lb. pork sausage 1 pkg. (8) refrigerated crescent rolls 1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz.) 1 can mushrooms, drained and chopped 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Brown and drain sausage. Brown hash browns. Separate crescent dough in 8 triangles. Place in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press bottom and sides to form a crust. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with pota- toes and top with Cheddar cheese. In a bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; add mushrooms. Pour into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all evenly. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
