BRUNCH CASSEROLE

1 lb. pork sausage
1 (8 oz.) can crescent dinner
rolls
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
cheese
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Crumble sausage in medium skillet and cook over medium
heat until brown. Drain. Line bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch
dish with crescent rolls, press perforations to seal. Sprinkle
with the sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients;
beat well and pour over sausage. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes
or until set. Let stand 5 minutes; cut into squares and serve
immediately. Serves 8 to 12.
