BROCCOLI WITH RICE CAJUN STYLE

1 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large jar Cheez Whiz
seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. bacon drippings
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 celery leaf, chopped fine
Tabasco sauce
salt
ground red pepper

Saute onion and celery in bacon drippings until onion is
clear. Meanwhile, boil broccoli according to package instruc-
tions and drain. Mix broccoli with soup and cheese. Stir in 1
teaspoon for mild to 1 tablespoon Tabasco for hot. Add onion
and celery. Stir in rice and season with salt and pepper to
taste. Put mixture in a greased casserole and sprinkle sea-
soned bread crumbs on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
