1 pkg. peas, frozen in butter
1/2 lb. Italian or other
1 small onion, diced
1/2 garlic clove, minced
16 oz. can whole tomatoes,
undrained and cut up
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and
1/4 c. sliced black olives
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Thaw peas. Cook sausage in large skillet, drain and
stir in onions and garlic; cooking until golden. Stir in
tomatoes, chicken, celery, olives, Worcestershire and hot
sauces. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in rice and thawed
peas. Continue cooking, covered 5 minutes or until rice and
