CHICKEN TORTILLAS CASSEROLE

4 chicken breasts (or
equivalent), deboned and
cut in chunks, cooked or
uncooked
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. (or less) shredded
Cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. white wine
1 yellow onion, chopped
8 flour tortillas
1 (7 oz.) can green chiles,
chopped

Mix soup, onion and wine together. Then assemble as
follows: part of liquids, tortillas (cut to fit dish), chicken
chunks, chilies and cheese. Assemble in layers in 9 x 13-inch
baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees (less if chicken is pre-
cooked).
