GROUND BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE|
1 small onion
1/2 small bottle catsup
1 bag noodles (6 oz.)
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1 small can corn, drained
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1 can peeled tomatoes
1 pkg. Mozzarella or Cheddar
cheese, shredded (1 c.)
Cook and drain noodles. Brown onions and beef; drain.
Add salt, corn, mushrooms, tomatoes, catsup and noodles; mix.
Place in 8 x 12-inch casserole and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Top with cheese. Don't cover. Serves 4 to 6.
