NO PEEK STEW
1 lb. stew meat, cubed
1 sliced onion (large)
1 large stalk celery, cut in
6 carrots, cut in chunks
6 potatoes, cut in chunks
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Tapioca
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
Layer meat and vegetables in casserole or Dutch oven.
Pour tomato juice, salt and Tapioca over all. Cover and bake
