YUMMY MACARONI AND CHEESE 1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni 3 Tbsp. margarine 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. minced onion (optional) 1 lb. Colby cheese, cut into cubes Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Melt butter; blend in flour. Add milk. Cook and stir until thick. Add salt and onion. Mix sauce with the macaroni and fold in cheese cubes. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) about 30 minutes, or until bubbly and browned.
