15 oz. Ricotta cheese
10 oz. chopped spinach, thawed
1 c. shredded Mozzarella
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 garlic clove, chopped
32 oz. Prego sauce
8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
1 c. Mozzarella
Mix Ricotta, egg, spinach, Mozzarella, salt, pepper,
oregano, Parmesan cheese and garlic together. Layer: sauce,
noodles, cheese mixture, twice. Ending with sauce, noodles,
sauce. Put Mozzarella on top. Add 1 cup water; seal tightly
with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let set
for 15 minutes before serving.
