1 lb. ground beef, browned and
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. basil
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes

Cook the meat, tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings
until thick. Combine the cottage cheese, Parmesan, egg and
parsley in separate bowl. Grate the Mozzarella. Layer 1 cup
tomato sauce in dish (12 x 8-inch). Arrange 3 lasagne noodles
(uncooked) on sauce. Top with half of cottage cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with half of the Mozzarella cheese. Spoon 1 cup sauce
over cheese. Place 3 more noodles on top, remaining cottage
cheese and Mozzarella cheese and sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to
55 minutes.
