MOSTACCIOLI

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
2 c. (1 lb. can) tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 c. water
8 oz. mostaccioli noodles,
cooked
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown meat. Add onion and green pepper; cook until
tender. Stir in sauce mix, tomatoes, tomato paste and water.
Simmer 5 minutes. Combine meat sauce and noodles, mix lightly.
In a 2 quart casserole, layer half of the noodles mixture and
cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for thirty minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
