WILD RICE STUFFING (Microwave)
3 Tbsp. butter, margarine or
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (6 oz.) pkg. white and wild
rice mix, cooked (or 3 c.
cooked wild rice)
Place all ingredients except rice, in 2 quart casserole.
Microwave 3 to 5 minutes on High or until vegetables are partly
cooked. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Stuff
