3/4 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. sliced onions
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
1 c. instant nonfat dry milk
1 Tbsp. vinegar
3 medium potatoes (2 1/3 c. ),
cooked, unsalted and diced

Cook beef and onion in hot frying pan until beef is
browned. Drain. Mix flour, salt and pepper; stir in meat
mixture. Slowly stir in milk. Add vinegar. Cook, stirring
constantly until mixture just begins to boil, about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat. Serve over potatoes. Makes 4 servings, 315
