SPANISH RICE

1 Tbsp. oil
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. cooked rice
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes

Saute onion and green pepper in oil until soft. Add
beef and seasonings, stirring until meat loses its pink color.
Stir in the cooked rice, tomatoes, catsup and Worcestershire
sauce. Mix thoroughly. Reduce heat; simmer, covered for 15
minutes. Yield: 8 servings, approximately 255 calories per
serving.
