1 lb. ground turkey
4 c. cooked rice
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 pkg. taco sauce mix
1 can tomatoes
1 c. water
salt to taste
Brown ground turkey, onion and pepper. Add cooked rice,
tomatoes, chopped, and water. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Add
taco sauce mix and salt. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Makes 8
